One hour prior to the start of each day’s meetings, there will be a complimentary continental breakfast, and there will be mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshment breaks. On February 10th, these are being provided courtesy of CCQTA. On February 11th, Choice Analytical, Lazar Scientific Instruments, Saint-Gobain NorPro, Shell Pipeline, and Spiral Software are our hosts. At some time during the meetings, please take time to thank their representatives for their respective company’s generous hospitality.
On Thursday evening, February 11th, there will be a reception co-hosted by Intertek and COQA at the Chateau Bourbon Hotel beginning at 6:00 p.m. An announcement of this was sent you earlier. If you are planning to attend the reception, notify me of your intention so that I can assure adequate food and beverages will be available. And, please, thank Intertek for their generosity as well.
